Zoom Strength+

A total-body strength workout with short bursts of cardio. Designed to develop and define muscles, burn calories and boost metabolism, and improve your endurance. All in a 45-minutes express class. Equipment needed: mat, dumbbells, and a loop resistance band (provided). Substitute dumbbells with resistance bands, soup cans, milk jugs, laundry soap, etc.

Zoom Pilates/Barre

Combine the fundamentals of Pilates with a barre workout inspired by dance, Pilates, and yoga. Tone, define, and chisel the whole body. Equipment needed: mat, waist high surface/chair and light weights but not necessary.

Zoom Yoga Flow

Learn fundamental alignment techniques and basic Hatha yoga postures then combine these with Vinyasa flow movements to energize, build strength and increase flexibility. Stretch/strengthening the spine and integration with the core is included. All levels welcome.

Outdoor Yoga Flow  

Location: Green Space on the side of the Municipal Services Building, 210 Progress Drive
Instructor: Ellen Utter
Basic yoga postures. Sun salutations with flow balance poses. Warrior series seated poses and relaxation. Equipment needed: Yoga mat, towel, blanket, water and blocks if you have them. In the event of inclement weather class will be hosted via Zoom. If class is moved to Zoom you will be notified at least 1.5 hours before the start of that nights class.

Couch to 5K for HOT2TROT  

Location: Municipal Services Building, 210 Progress Drive (Front Parking Lot)
Instructor: Ciara Zimprich
This training is designed for those looking to get into running or back into running. This class will offer a mix of walking, running and cross training. Participants will be provided a training  program and will meet twice a week to train together. Each week will increase in running distance with the end goal of finishing HOT2TROT 5K! Race day is June 19th. Hot2Trot race fee is not included, but participants will receive a discount on the race fee. June 19th is a race day. Race fee is not included, but participants will receive a discount on the race registration fee and a finisher medal.
