Adult Fitness Classes

All fitness classes are appropriate for ALL fitness levels. Modifications are provided when needed. Please bring a yoga mat, water and towel to every class.

Morning Fitness Classes

P90X


Location: Municipal Services Building, 210 Progress Drive (around back enter blue door)
Instructor: Shelly Tipton

Full-body, strength-training format, featuring four unique  blocks of work: cardio strength, lower strength, upper strength, and core. This class offers all fitness levels a truly results-driven method that yields consistent improvement over time. Please bring a yoga mat and towel.

Cardio/Strength/Core

Each class is divided into three 15-minute intervals, 15 min of core training, 15 min of strength training and 15 min of cardio training to give you a full body workout. All fitness classes welcome. No equipment needed. Please bring a yoga mat and towel.

Strength & Abs to Tighten & Tone

Burn fat and tighten/tone your entire body. Using free weights, body weight, exercise balls and more, you challenge all your muscles - including your core! Resistance training does more than just make your muscles stronger - it boosts your metabolism, burns calories & improves your mood!

Cardio Toning

A fat blasting routine incorporating the perfect blend of high intensity interval training and light resistance training. This format utilizes a combination of cardio, dumbbells and body weight movements to target heart rate zones. All fitness levels welcome. Please bring a yoga mat.

Hard Core

Yoga Flow

Learn fundamental alignment techniques and basic Hatha yoga postures then combine these with Vinyasa flow movements to energize, build strength and increase flexibility. Stretch/strengthening the spine and integration with the core is included. All levels welcome. Please bring a mat.

Lunch Time Workout



Pilates/Barre


Location: Municipal Services Building, 210 Progress Drive (enter front door)

Combine the fundamentals of Pilates with a barre workout inspired by dance, ballet, Pilates, and yoga. Tone, define, and chisel the whole body. Build core, strength, stability and balance with this high intensity/low impact workout using portable ballet barres/chairs for light support. All levels welcome. Yoga mats are optional and modifications are demonstrated.
