P90X

P90X is a full-body, strength-training format, featuring four unique blocks of work: cardio strength, lower strength, upper strength, x-core. The program is offered in 45 minutes classes and incorporates a new "protocol based" approach to full body training. P90X is suitable for all fitness levels, fully modifiable for beginners as well as challenging enough for the most ardent athletes. This class offers all fitness levels a truly result-driven method that yields consistent improvement over time. Max of 20 participants. What you will need: a yoga mat and towel.

Strength and Tone

Strength and Tone: Low impact, focusing on strengthening and toning muscles with and without weights. Followed by an extended stretch and cool down. Max of 20 participants. What you will need: a yoga mat, water and towel.

Cardio/Strength/Core

Each class is divided into three 15-minute intervals. 15 minutes of core training, 15 minutes of strength training, and 15 minutes of cardio training, to give you a full body workout. This class is for all fitness levels. What you will need: a yoga mat, water and towel.

A strong core will help make all of our daily movements easier and effortless. This class will consist of exercises geared to strengthen and workthe entire core. Max of 15 participants. What you will need: a yoga mat, water and towel.
