VILLAGE OF COTTAGE GROVE NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

a. Discuss and consider approval of a Certified Survey Map application from Wisconsin Bank & Trust/Heartland Financial to modify the boundaries of two parcels located at 580 N. Main Street.
b. Discuss and consider approval of a Certified Survey Map application from Helgeland Family Farm, LLC to divide an existing 12.25 acre parcel into two parcels, located at 2608 Gaston Road in the Town of Cottage Grove within the Village of Cottage Grove’s Extraterritorial Jurisdiction.
The Village of Cottage Grove Village Board will enter into Closed Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute §19.85 (1)(e)Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. This closed session is to discuss property negotiations for parcels #701117181868 & 071117106001 former lift station on Vilas Road and; negotiate terms for potential development in TID #5 regarding CG Silver Badger, LLC.
